Kingsland Recycling Center Will Remain Open

Matt Maguire obtained a preliminary injuncton which allowed a recycling center in Kingsland, Georgia remain in operation. The City of Kingsland notified the client that it had to cease its operations because the City had made an error in its interpretation of its zoning code when it had approved the recycling center’s zoning application years before. Matt was able to convince the superior court judge that the operaton of the recycling center was a permissive use under the code.
