In his employment practice, Daniel routinely litigates matters involving wage and overtime issues, unlawful discrimination, retaliatory discharge, whistleblower retaliation, and restrictive covenants, including non-compete litigation. Daniel routinely represents management and executive-level employees in litigation and employment contract negotiations, including C-Suite executives, physicians, and upper management. Daniel’s business litigation practice includes representing companies in matters involving breach of contract, business divorces, enforcement of operating or partnership agreements, trade secret theft, fraud, and other business torts. Daniel has successfully tried cases to verdict on behalf of his clients when necessary.
Daniel is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the United States. George School of Law on a full scholarship, graduating cum laude with honors. He served as Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review and Student Editor of the Journal of Southern Legal History.
