Evan Drew joined PCW’s employment team in 2023. Evan practices in all areas of employment law, including workplace discrimination (Title VII, ADA, race, sex, religion, age and disability), retaliation, whistleblowing, and compensation and overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
A native of Albany, in Southwest Georgia, Evan graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2021. While at Emory, Evan served for two terms as the President of the Emory Labor and Employment Law Society and served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory International Law Review. Before entering law school, Evan attended Oglethorpe University in Brookhaven and received a dual degree in English and Philosophy.
Evan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, as well as before the federal district court in the Northern District of Georgia.
When not at the office or on the front lines fighting for our clients, Evan enjoys reading, particularly non-fiction, powerlifting, cheering on the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers from enemy territory, and traveling with his wife, Katherine.
