Luke works in both the firm’s employment and business litigation practices areas. With prior experience as staff attorney to Hon. Judge B. Chan Caudell of the Mountain Judicial Circuit, Luke possesses a familiarity with a diverse range of issues our clients confront in civil litigation. Luke is able to utilize his wide variety of experience to deliver effective results for his clients.
Luke graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2022. While at Emory, he served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory International Law Review and Secretary for the Federalist Society. His Comment, Parents Versus Parens Patriae: The Troubling Legality of Germany’s Homeschool Ban and Textual Basis for Its Removal (36 EMORY INT’L L. REV. 201 (2022)) was published in the Emory International Law Review’s Volume 36, Issue 1. Prior to law school, Luke graduated from Vanderbilt University with highest honors in History.
Luke is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, and the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Luke has also been admitted to the U.S. Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys weightlifting, model railroading, fly fishing and traveling with his wife Abbey – a professor at Emory University.
