Travis Foust has a diverse complex commercial litigation practice, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in employment and business disputes. In the employment realm, Mr. Foust handles claims involving civil rights, whistleblower retaliation, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, overtime violations and employee misclassification. A significant portion of his practice involves the representation of corporate and individual clients in matters involving business torts, breach of contract, fraud and class action claims.

He has successfully obtained injunctive relief from state and federal courts in these cases to protect and preserve his clients’ legal rights. Mr. Foust engages in a national practice and has represented his clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as before arbitration panels and government agencies, across the country.
After attending the University of Tennessee as a Bicentennial Academic Scholar, Travis moved to Atlanta to enroll at Emory University School of Law. During law school, he held a position as a Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review, and he graduated with honors in 2004. Travis is active in the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, where he served as a Legal Fellow. He is also member of the Employment Law Section of the Georgia Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association.
